Kelley R. Millaway


Kelley R. Millaway concentrates her practice in the areas of labor and employment and education law. Prior to joining Mickes O’Toole, Kelley represented clients in a variety of complex litigation matters, including personal injury, employment, and contract disputes. Kelley also has experience with insurance coverage litigation and claims for first-party and third-party insurance coverage. Her experience offers a strong background in legal research and writing that allows for highly dedicated representation to her clients.

As a law student, Kelley served as an intern with the St. Louis County Counselor’s Office and as a judicial extern to the Honorable Roy Richter in the Missouri Court of Appeals, Eastern District. Kelley also served as an Editor of the Saint Louis University Law Journal and Teaching Assistant for Legal Research & Writing, and received Academic Excellence Awards for Legal Research & Writing, Secured Transactions, and American Legal History. Prior to law school, Kelley also served as a mediator with the Better Business Bureau.

Outside of work, Kelley enjoys spending time with her husband and dog, traveling, and hiking.
