For the second year in a row, Vincent Reese has been invited by the St. Louis Office of the United States Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) to speak at its annual Technical Assistance Program Seminar (TAPS) on Thursday, September 7, 2017. Mr. Reese will be discussing the appropriate “reasonable accommodation” analysis under the ADA and Title VII. He will also be participating in a panel discussion regarding modern recruitment and retention strategies, as well as ways to foster a diverse and an inclusive culture in the workplace.
Vincent Reese practices in the Firm’s Labor and Employment Department. Mr. Reese advises and counsels employers on all aspects of labor relations and employment matters, including EEO compliance, personnel policies, reductions in force, labor negotiations, and the defense of employment-related claims.
